These deeply chocolate almond-studded biscotti combines crisp, lean (no added fats) chocolate Biscotti Di Prato enveloped in pure dark chocolate (64% cocoa). The result is a near-ideal balance of chocolate-to-biscotti.  They were a SOFI Award nominee.
