Bone Suckin' Sauce is a Western North Carolina tomato based sauce sweetened with honey, molasses, and spices. In contrast to their other Western Carolina-style BBQ sauces, this sauce is thicker, while retaining the flavor profile of their regular sauces.
The flavors of tomato, vinegar, molasses, mustard, garlic, smoke, and other spices are all crisp and work together in achieving an excellent balance. After cooking on meat, the sauce retains a nice fresh profile.
