Bone Suckin' Sauce is a Western North Carolina tomato-based BBQ sauce sweetened with honey, molasses, and spices. True to Western Carolina tradition, it is a thin sauce that streams beautifully off the spoon.
The flavors of tomato, vinegar, molasses, mustard, garlic, smoke, and other spices are all crisp and work together in achieving an excellent balance. After cooking on meat, the sauce retains a nice fresh profile.
Try using as a mop sauce and slather on multiple times while grilling, or as a dipping sauce at the table.
The spiciness of the 'Hot' version is not extreme in any way.
