This POG Sour is guava forward on the nose, packed with tropical flavour from all the fresh fruit we added! Adding in the fruit unfermented, creates a real fruity punch in the final product. This brew is golden in colour with a light orange hue, slightly tart, with a sweet finish. Perfect for backyard sipping or when you need to transport yourself to a beach!
Why is this tropical blend called a POG you might ask? Well - Passion fruit, Orange and Guava! POG! Originating in Maui, Hawaii in the 1920s, the name came from a game of stacked bottle caps, or milk caps from a drink that had passion fruit, orange and guava, hence the name POG.
