This sour IPA offering is a riff on blueberry pie. Drowned Lands took their sour IPA base recipe of Pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats, then mashed it with over 100 pounds of graham cracker meal. Hopped with Mosaic and Enigma, this beer was fermented with heaps of blueberry purée and conditioned in Madagascar vanilla beans.
