Boba is a tea-based drink originating from Taiwan in the early 1980's. It includes chewy tapioca balls or a wide range of other toppings. Some versions are frozen and put into a blender, resulting in a slushy consistency. This is Front Porch and Skygazer's collaborative take on boba (bubble) tea.
