Green & Black's White Chocolate is made from cocoa butter, pressed from crushed cocoa beans, and organic whole milk, which give their White chocolate its wonderfully smooth texture. Then, they blend in Madagascan vanilla, which adds a deeper flavor which white chocolate rarely achieves.
