These Pâtes de Fruits contain a whopping 51% fruit (harvested at full maturity in Provence and local regions) so when you bite into them you get a luscious taste of ripe summer bounty.
Francois Doucet, a family confiserie in its third generation, started in 1969 by François and Maggy Doucet in Oraison in Provence and is known for his high quality products made using traditional methods and the best ingredients.
