Before use, wash with warm soapy water. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used on non-stick surfaces. Avoid using scouring pads and abrasive cleaners. Usually a soft sponge or a kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. Sometimes it may be necessary to scrub lightly. Dry thoroughly before storing. This product is Dishwasher Safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life. DO NOT use dishwasher detergent tablets / capsules. The concentrated cleaners will damage the non-stick finish on bakeware. This pan is oven safe to 500˚F / 260˚C. It is not intended to be used under the broiler. 25 Year Limited Warranty
