The “Antica Masseria Caroli” is located in Martina Franca, in the rolling hills of the Italian province of Puglia.
Stefano Caroli, owner of the company, was just 23 when he founded his company with his family in 1976. Thanks to the experience of three generations and a careful selection of the best olives, Antica Masseria Caroli produces a wide range of high quality extra virgin olive oils.
Stefano personally selects the best olive trees, and olives, in and around the Italian mountain of Trazzonara, and the surrounding region of Martina Franca.
Respect for nature is Stefano Carol's main goal for organic and non-organic production. This choice pays back in terms of olive oil quality and quantity that is affected by climate changes and insect attacks, which he believes cannot be remedied with chemical pesticides, fertilizers or pesticides.
