Fieldborn is open fermented with yeast native to our farm and aged in oak barrels before bottle conditioning. The water we use as the basis for Fieldborn and every beer we make comes from a natural source, deep below our grain fields. It’s the same source that’s been providing our spring house with running water for the last couple hundred years. We’re most grateful for the excellent quality water the land provides us.
