This tranquil Primitive Beer rested on the echo (second-use) of Colorado-grown Perfection Apricots and Noyaux (apricot pits) in Chardonnay barrels. The apricots in this beer have qualities of sun dried apricot fruit leather and hints of strawberry too. The apparent sweetness of the noyaux combined with their croissant aromas and fresh baguette flavors, round out the blend to create a full sensory experience akin to exploring a new corner of a favorite vacation destination.
