These Milk Chocolate Maxi Baking Chips are made with a 31% cocoa content, and offer a smooth, creamy dairy note with traditionally sweet character. They are extra-large, (approximately twice the size of standard-issue supermarket chocolate chips,) which means each chip takes up more real estate in the cookies, resulting in a more even spread of chocolate throughout. An important note, because quality chocolate contains less stabilizers, once baked, they remained soft, gooey, molten puddles longer than supermarket chips.
