Summertime Lager is brewed with authentic Czech Pilsner & Cara Pils malts using a classic double decoction mash. It is hopped 3 times in the kettle exclusively with German Hersbucker hops (Only 3.2% Alpha Acids). It undergoes a cool open fermentation for 9 days using a classic Czech lager yeast and is cellared cold for several months prior to packaging.
