Side Business IPA started everything for Green Empire. It was the first beer they released to the public, and the first beer they've packaged.
Their 7% "flagship" IPA is brewed with several additions of fresh crop Columbus, Mosaic, and Citra. It presents a nice soft body & notes of grapefruit, fresh citrus, and finished with a perfectly balanced bitterness.
